5 stars simply isn’t enough. Beautiful resort, extremely friendly staff & amazing entertainment. The restaurants were nice & food was tasty. The staff made you feel like you were the only guests there, very welcoming & hospitable. Special thanks to my fav staff Arnold, Saudy, Rosie & Yunior! Made my birthday vacation one to remember. I’ll definitely be back soon :)

Stayed a week and it was really great! The room was good not many English speakers at all so brush up on some basic Spanish. Room service was hit or miss. Sometimes delivery was reasonable time but sometimes forgotten. Employees were all extremely nice and accommodating! Definitely a top resort! I wish they would do archery longer and have more cigar rolling options. Drinks were good, food was good. I definitely would come back. I would like to see the food trucks open longer when it’s busy and you don’t want to wait for one of the restaurants!!

Great stay overall but we stayed at the room 2015 and it has a mold smell and like lots of mold around the lobby and I guess every room as I see maintnce try to fix the issue with repainting it daily this was the only issue we had otherwise great stay, they also charge $500 upon your check in let’s see how the refund goes
