"Location is good, near the river and the cable car over the river. We only stayed for 1 night which was good. I didn’t realize when booking that there were no towels provided. "They gave us room in basement, no window and smoking, when we said this not the room, than they ask for $32 more for change it to 5 floor. Which we paid but just one set towels and no hot water."
