"The staff was very welcoming. The rooms were dirtier than expected but for the price it was ok. We had an issue upon arrival with some items in the room and they switched us. The cleaning crews were very nice and approachable."

He looked at me like I was crazy and said there was water in the vending machine. The next day there was one person at the omelet station, clearly stressed out, and when I got in line he said I had nine people ahead of me. That's okay. "It's a good, standard, comfort inn. Beds were clean and soft. The staff was all really nice and helpful. You can tell the property could use a bit more love, but that's pretty on par with most hotels anymore. The breakfast was fine - rehydrated eggs, luke-warm potatoes, cereals, toast, and make your own waffles. The cinnamon waffle was the winner. Do yourself a favor and ask to stay away from the elevator :)"

"The room was DISGUSTING. AC unit has never been cleaned, wiped down, nothing. Hair dryer had someone else's hair on it. Towels had stains. Remote had something sticky on the buttons. And $100 deposit is WILD for that quality. I'd give zero stats if it was an option. That was quite literally money in the trash. A freaking nightmare. Hotels are supposed to be clean."
