"The downtown location of this hotel is incredible - you can walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries. Parking was easy, the room was TO DIE for, the whole property is incredibly clean, tbe breakfast is delicious, there’s coffee/tea/water all the time, the patio between houses is super nice, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was amazing. 15/10, literally cannot wait to go back."

"Staff was great, room was very nice. Our only complaint was there were only two coffee pods for the coffee maker and no condiments. There were four of us staying in the room, would have been nice to wake up and have a cup of coffee for everyone. "

"The hotel was beautiful! Smelled amazing, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. The second floor was just gorgeous!!! We especially loved the huge open patio!!"

"The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is ok. My room was very comfortable and clean. There are good restaurants very close- also junk food spots. There is a large grocery store that is only a 5 minute walk. Uber is expensive from here because it’s a fair ways away from downtown."

"No hot tub! It has been filled with concrete. The pool room is so loud and echoes really bad! They allow British swim school to give swimming lessons in the pool so when they are there you can only use a small portion of it and it feels like you are very inconvenient. The hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to get warm on multiple occasions. The door handle to get in our room barely worked and we had trouble getting in every time. The automatic opener on the rear entrance door stopped working...

"Concierge lady had no idea what parking options were. Suggested we do street parking then said never mind it’s only 2 hrs. We arrived and she never confirmed the location just responded “I hope so” to us saying “I hope we’re in the right spot.” She did nothing to help either of us. Esp my mother with her bags, which wouldn’t be an issue, but she said it was her job prior. No front desk staff available upon check-in for a while. Housekeeping always left items behind. Other than that great food!"
