"This place is immaculate.  Well maintained by the staff as well as the owner. Free street parking was not a problem on a November. Not sure though how things are during the peak summer season.  Location is excellent, there's a local grocery store close by and the hotel is less than 10-minute walk from the downtown tourist area. There are well equipped shared kitchens in every floor and coffee is always available. Highly recommend. "

"I have sent these messages including pictures as proof: You definitely need to improve the cleaning of the apartment including the bed sheets. The rooms like it has not been cleaned in years! (Pictures to proof available). I am leaving tomorrow morning already but I felt really sick in the appartment couldn't stay in it so I started looking for what cause it.And I saw the mess under the bed (pictures to proof it!). "We had a wonderful stay at Art Hotel. The location is truly excellent — within walking distance to the city center, with a supermarket just 5 minutes away and a great local food market nearby. There are also many very nice restaurants in the area. The hotel is clean and well maintained, with an amazing pool area. There is no sandy beach, so don’t expect one — instead, there are stairs that lead directly into the water. This turned out to be a big plus, as snorkeling is right at the hotel, with lots of fish. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a fantastic location. The staff is very friendly — special thanks to Eriela at the front desk for her amazing service!"
