"We absolutely adored this hotel in every way. The views were not to be believed. It was only a 10 to 15 taxi to anywhere in Florence. Heavenly. My only suggestion is please add a shower curtain to the bath/ shower area so the water doesn’t spray all over the bathroom. Otherwise, this place will exceed anyone’s expectations and dreams! GRATZI! "

"The breakfast is excellent for starting the day. Housekeeping is the best, it was done quickly and well done. I liked the building, it seems to be old but it is functional. The rooms were comfortable for the entire family. "
