"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"I would give this a zero star if I could, the only positive thing I can think of is the Kind young man at the desk, he kindly helped us to get a refund even after checking in. Hallways are absolutely filthy and crowded with folks hanging out on the floor by their rooms. Elevator filthy, smells were overwhelming and it was loud! When we entered our room, we got hit with an extremely strong smell of MOLD. We couldn’t stay longer than a few minutes, walls has streaks of brown and white, bathrooms...

"Terrible. Well at least room 334 was. It smelled like your crazy cat lady aunt's house with a dirty litter box. We found animal hair and a cat toy. Even with the windows open, we put Vicks VapoRub on our noses. We have had to wash everything we brought into the room. Note my girlfriend and I both have indoor cats in our homes. Honestly, I am shocked they are even using this room in its current state. We were exhausted from travel and checked in late after the front desk was gone or we would...
