"Very basic and comfortable place to rest. This motel is on a very busy and loud(SUVs and motorcycles) corner at the gateway to the American River Rec. area. It is a very short stroll to Auburn historic downtown with pubs and excellent restaurants. It was Uber clean with a great shower. Somewhat worn but, again, location was excellent and wonderful helpful staff. Would definitely stay again."

"Easy highway access. Nice staff. Nothing outstsnding, but the room was clean and th bed was comfortable. The oncluded breakfast has the choice of toast, cereal or pancakes... no fruit. Overall, reasonable for the price, but a little effort on breakfast would sway me to stay again when in town on business."

"There was a little problem with the parking being near a flight of stairs as my aunt uses a waker. A bigger problem was the TV did not work. The electricity was off in the morning. It went off at 6:45am was still off when we left at 10:30am so the was nothing hot including coffee for breakfast. I was told I would recieve a discount due to tv not working. Still have received no refund and it is almost a week."

"Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff on the phone when booking and confirming and while there. The bed was comfortable and the room was roomy. The air conditioning was on spot! The breakfast was just what we needed and the coffee was the best. We are already looking to come back for another family reunion in August of 2027!"

"Great location for someone wanting to be close to Lake Natoma to paddleboard. It’s about 15-20 mins from the mall and the outdoor shops. It’s across the street from historic downtown Folsom. Shops close early but the restaurants and bars are open late. The hotel is old but it has charm. The rooms have always been clean when we stay and the house keeping staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning ladies are always in a good mood and welcoming. There are other hotels a few miles away but...
