"Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The halls were nie and bright and the room felt spacious. The breakfast was very good on the first day but the subsequent days the scrambled eggs looked grey and the gravy looked as though it had been sitting out for a while. And, truth be told, I didn't like that a "Vape Here" was in the overflow parking lot. To each their own, but had I known, I might not have stayed here being it was for a family vacation."

"All my communication with the Soundry was via text after I made the reservation. Instead of reading further, I assumed it was like any other hotel accomodation. It is not. As they tell you, check-in is at 4 pm. The hotel does not have a guest lobby with receptionist and you cannot enter until you receive a code to open the front door. "Outstanding room and location, and great to have available garage parking. A few things dropped this stay down a star. First, the parking was advertised as $29/night when I booked. When I arrived, they said the price was raised to $40/night, even though their website still had the lower price, which was an unpleasant surprise. Also, there is only one elevator, and I often had to wait a while for it. Overall, I'd probably still come back due to the excellent location."
