"Nice clean rooms, great staff, just wish the pool had stayed open a bit later"

"We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in and the staff check availability for rooms that were finished being cleaned. They ended up finding us the rooms we booked and even next to each other. This was fantastic and allowed our whole family to be together with the joining rooms. Would stay again 100%"

"When I walked in the place. it smelled musty maybe even a hint of cigarette smoke. The room also smelled musty. When we drove up to the hotel there was a group of guys having a party right at the front entrance. This party continued until close to midnight. In my room, the continuous selection for the fan did not work which meant when the air stopped, it was completely quite in the room which meant we could hear all the outside noise even more. Besides the party outside, people were down...

"The lady out front was rude n disrespectful and very raciest. The room was dirty n nasty when I got to it which means the lady actually had to do her job and find me new room. They begrudgingly checked the other rooms I booked like I asked her The pool was dirty n smelly. The room that I finally ended up in had stain covers, hair all in the shower n sink n had bugs everywhere The food was cold n biscuits rock hard the juice was disgusting ."

"The AC wasn't working in one of the two rooms I had booked. They had no other rooms available. They said they will give me a discount for our inconvenience."

"Our room was so large and spacious. We had room to take 4 mountain bikes into our room. With plenty of walking room. Everything was clean and great. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool."

"Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures."

"Wow! This is the first time we have stayed at a bed and breakfast! It was amazing! It was so beautiful, clean, yummy breakfast, and everyone was so kind! Would stay here again if we are in the area again for sure!"

"The owner was amazing, we were traveling through on motorcycles and he allowed us to park under coverings. Rooms are recently remodeled and very nice."

"Staff was amazing and attentive! They were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond! I was speaking with the sweet lady at the front desk about how my mom was ready to settle in the for the evening and how she couldn’t drink coffee any more and I mentioned going out to get hot chocolate and the next thing I knew she showed up at our door with four packets for my mom! I’ve never received such kindness in a stay anywhere! It was such a pleasant experience!"
