"The area is quiet. Our bedroom is clean. Refreshments is always available, you just need to ask the receptionist. Special mention to Hash and Mariam who has been very supportive in our stay, from giving us directions about the area and which app to use for booking transports. They are very accommodating. "Much appreciation to the staff of this fun little boutique hotel. To a person they were friendly, charming, and helpful. I was made to feel super welcome. The property itself is very nice. I had a large ground floor room with a lovely patio -- it was too cold for me to spend much time out there in early January, but in warmer months it would be awesome. My room was bright, very clean, and lacked for nothing. The location is another great feature of 73 Boutique Hotel, just off one of the main pedestrian and shopping streets, in the old town, a short walk to the Duomo and the Lake. Overall, just a great, great place to stay in Como, which is an an incredible little city on a breathtakingly beautiful lake. "

"I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly. I was travelling alone and had booked a single room. While it was quite small, it was really nice and I had a view of the lake. The hotel has a great old world charm. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was excellent and included in the price. I can thoroughly recommend the Albergo terminus. "
