"Very luxurious hotel, loved all the little attention to detail, everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a turndown service every evening and they even leave a chocolate on your pillow. It is so close to everything in district 1, we ended up walking everywhere as it wasn’t as hot, just have to watch out for the rain. The rooftop bar was lovely, unfortunately the cathedral was being refurbished when we visited but once it is all done, it will make the view even better. And their cocktails...

"Excellent hotel- amenities, breakfast buffet, massage, majority of the staff. Unfortunately, I encountered a horrible experience at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel. The staff at that particular restaurant was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. However, overall this hotel is definitely a 5 star and the staff is 4 star due to my encounter at the Chinese restaurant. "
