"The hotel was in a perfect location within short walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable, and well designed. The staff were always so friendly! Breakfast was lovely and the staff there were so welcoming. They had a good selection of toast, bread rolls, pastries, yogurt, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, cereal, cake and hot options such as eggs, sausages or bacon, and mushrooms. Lots of beverage selections too. Tina’s bar was...

"Castle setting from the 1500s. Stayed with other friends, all paid same rate, same room description. None of the rooms are set same or consistent. One room had no AC, another has balcony and we stayed in a 2 level room. Unique but who cam go up/down the stairs to access closet or open door or make coffee? No coffee machine or kettle unless requested. Cool atmosphere as an old castle, amazing views of the city but would not stay again. Our room smelled like the old stables from the 1500s....

"After a month of travel, and numerous subpar experiences at other hotels, we were surprised at how this hotel effortlessly provided all the necessary elements that make for a comfortable stay. These should be standard, but in today's less for more environment, they stand out significantly: professional and friendly service, no-hassle/quick response to requests for assistance, clean, well laid out room, comfortable bed, large shower, and standard size hair dryer, and to top it off, free breakfast...

"My husband and I stayed at this Hotel for a few days and were happy to have booked it. It was close to everything. The train station which was used a lot and their local trolleys which we also took to go to the opera. Also it’s a street over from a long strip of restaurants so it was really nice. The girls at reception were attentive and diligent. There’s construction in front of the hotel when we were there but it didn’t bother us, we were mostly out. Overall I’m thankful I booked this place...

"The construction on the street outside is unfortunate and was a nuisance but not the fault of the hotel, but travelers should be aware. As for my stay, everyone in our group made mention that their rooms never got cool and we were all uncomfortable with the temperature. I booked 3 rooms for a group, 1 of the rooms was extremely tiny, despite all 3 rooms being the same room category. I don't think I'd stay here again."
