"Overall stay at Bastion was acceptable but was let down by lack of attention to detail i.e. numerous requests for extra towels and toilet rolls. Also TV did not work and at the end of our stay had still not been resolved ( hotel notified 3 times). No kettle in room and again 3 requests before it ..."

"Stayed for 2 nights for parkrun. Selected the hotel as we came by train. Added bonus of the swimming pool which we used. Had to keep the window open so it was a bit noisy and you could smell the kebab van opposite but after midnight it was quiet."
