Underwhelming. This is a very ordinary hotel, despite the hot tubs, pool and spa. The decor is vile, all dull browns with turquoise. In the “Troutbeck” room there is a nasty trip hazard into the bathroom. A stubbed toe was annoying but a cracked skull would have been more so. Tip: if it’s not fixed ...

This hotel was ideal for my 2 night stay in Penrith. The room was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and robes/slippers available for the pool and/or spa. Great location, good breakfast, comfortable room, my only complaint is I couldn’t get a good signal for their WiFi didn’t work, and I was there for work, but overall a great stay. Walking distance to many things and amenities
