"The property is located on a unique piece of land. The "backyard" area opens up to the lake and it is very peaceful to sit there and watch the sunset. So, A+ there. In July of 2026 they are doing construction on the restaurant. I'm glad to see this place get some needed TLC in the form of capital ..."

"The motel definitely needs repairs and renovations. I've stayed here off and on for a couple decades and I don't think anything has been upgraded. Plumbing and doors need work. The location is perfect for going to the water park, shopping, restaurants, and movie theater. Office staff is friendly. ..."
