"I was very happy with the resort until I checked out. Receptionist asked if we took the white bath robes. The robes were not there when we checked in n I didn’t even know there suppose to b 2 white robes. Receptionist didn’t asked us to pay for the robes but they made us feel like we stole it. So beware. "This hotel has newly opened , it was the first week when I stayed and it is .beautiful - the location is so peaceful, but close enough to the action of Hoi An by Grab or Bicycle. The rooms are a really generous size and I particulary enjoyed the wall seperating bathroom & Shower as well as the lovely views to the mountains Everything is very thoughtfully designed, Staff are amazing and so helpful - organising bicycle hire for me and assisting with Grabs. Food - breakfast is fresh and healthy...
