"Resort was amazing but it is an older hotel and the rooms show it, the rooms were clean and all the staff were amazing and helpful the bar and restaurant was very busy both times we were there but the staff was wonderful and cheerful and they were working their butts off 😝 to get everyone’s orders and getting the food out. "

"Breakfast was good but it should have more variety and change it up so it didn't become the same old same old. We did notice what appeared to us as a vagrant in the parking lot when we returned from a show between the theatre and hotel. That was a turn off."

"Check in was pretty quick even though they were busy. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the fitness center and hot tub. Next time we'll stay longer for sure."

"Several breakfast items were gone and not replenished well before breakfast time was over. Room was fairly clean, but grimy in corners & edges. Air conditioning was good for our room, but not for some other rooms on our floor. The pool & waterfall area was very misleading from the picture. The photo shows everything clean & pristine, but in person there was mildew, paint peeling on walls, random carts with stacks of hotel items sitting in hallways. The fold-out sofa bed in our suite was stuck and wouldn't unfold without a great deal of force. Staff was kind, but the condition of the hotel was poor. Unfortunately we didn't have any other options for the night, otherwise we would not have stayed. "
