"My room was clean but the bathroom was less than. I could still see hair in my drain from the last guest and the toilet was not clean on the sides of the toilet bowl . And I could be not nitpicking but in a hotel where germs are many the bathrooms should be extra. The gentlemen who works the front desk in the morning clearly hates his job. "The Hacienda was one of my favorite stays in a long time. It felt like home. Our room was clean and had such a different feel than your typical hotel room. Brandon, at the front desk was friendly and helpful in every way. On top of the beautiful historical hotel, the area of New Port Richey was outstanding. We will be back!"
