"It was an overall good trip; two days of relaxing and a bit of shopping. The building is starting to showing a bit tattered in some areas. There was a problem at check-in where my keys did not work and it was frustrating to return from the 20th floor and have to wait in line again, although the agent acknowledge me when I came back down and said that they keys were not working. I visited before and the team was really great; this time it appeared to be robotic..."

"The property is two floors, but there is no elevator, which was an issue for us, but I could foresee being an issue for others. The young man working at the front desk was friendly and very helpful with making food, suggestions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The beach is about a mile away, but there are many busy streets and crosswalks to get there, so we ended up taking CitiBike. There’s a Dunkin and McDs really close by. 20 min from Miami airport. we only stayed one night after we got back from our cruise. Did the trick for us. Good location. "

"Fantastic location. Great Room was spacious with a large kitchen, living area and bedroom. However the room and furniture are starting to show a bit of wear and tear, and sparse/basic furniture on the patio. Rolling shades aren’t blackout so bring a face mask if that’s an issue for you. The rooftop pool was amazing. The gym and free bike rentals were both a great plus. A little pricey but would absolutely stay again if found a room at a good price!"

"Overall it was a pleasant stay in a mostly clean room. The bathroom was rather dirty, it you close the door when you're in the bathroom you can see the buildup of dust and grime below the electrical box and on the towel shelf. The bathroom could definitely use more towel racks and hooks to hang stuff. And a much brighter light. The floor in the the main room was pretty dirty, my bare feet turned brown after walking around. This room could also use more hooks and a luggage racks. It's not convenient to keep a suitcase on the floor. On the plus side, the room was cool and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. Proximity to the beach and the broad walk is great. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The resident cat, Cheetah, was so cute."
