"Had two visits to the pool and hot tubs and these were busy but amazing. The rooms were clean, tidy and well stocked. Stag were very friendly and helpful and even gave us a free warmed chocolate cookie. Worth every penny "

"One night stay to do a parkrun nearby in Glasgow and had a good night at this hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet. Couldn't get the air con to work so it was a little warm. The on site gym is good and the buffet breakfast was fine. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We paid an additional £20 as we had our dog with us and we left the room spotless so not sure what the extra charge is for. With free parking and free WiFi also included the price is otherwise good value for this...

"The actual room was fairly clean with a decent shower and toilet and good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the main road. The building and surroundings are very run down, I wasn't even sure the pub was open to go in and collect the key as the windows had bars on them and the hanging sign was empty. Needs a bit of a paint job. Parking was dodgy, surrounded by bins, rubbish and just not very clear where to park."

"Very near to the local shops and luckily Wetherspoons because no breakfast was available at the Bentley Hotel. I only saw one staff member who seemed to do everything except clean the bedrooms. If the Hotel finishes its refurbishment the I would probably stay there again."

"Everything was great except very loud music on Saturday which started around 8pm and ended only at midnight, we were offered to move the room but we didnt really want to as we had a long day and were tired. Breakfast was good. Staff on the checkout wasn't very friendly."

"Disappointing stay - room window was taped shut with duct tape. I asked for a ‘nice room’ wasn’t expecting anything fantastic, just a nice room with no duct tape on the windows. "

"The staff is wonderful, and the room is pretty nice! Perfect location, too! It would be better for a short stay since they don't replenish things like coffee/tea or bath towels as part of room service. My inly complaint is the noise. I love that they allow dogs, but they need to be kept to the first floor. If you have one above you, you will not sleep. It's amazing how much noise they make. Noise issues from people, too. Slamming doors all night long. "

"It met my expectations, if you consider the price. The only thing that didn’t quite match my expectation was for breakfast options. That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. Which would have been just fine if it was clearer when booking "
