"Ice machine was not working. We were encouraged to use the ice maker in the fridge in the room. We did but there wasn’t very much ice. Toilet was constantly running when we first got there. By the end of the two night stay there was no water pressure when flushing the toilet."

"The first room they put me in had mould in the bathroom. The sink had been leaking and there was black mould that was apparent.
