"The check IN took a little longer than expected, had to ring a door bell at the front desk, a sign stated that they stepped away to assist another department. Took about 10 minutes before they reappeared. Once they got started the check-in process went well. on the way to the elevator, a family just got out of the pool, the hallway and elevator was full of water. No wet floor signs to be found. The room was clean. The bed was excellent. Good shower as well. The breakfast was hot but limited....

"I would not stay here again or recommend anyone stay at this hotel if you want to get any sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from doors shutting, people walking and talking all night long. We had 2 people try to come in our room at 1:00am because the front desk booked them under our room number. They also charge a fee for pets when the advertise pets stay free. I would have gotten more sleep in my car."

"Worst stay of my life. A family with a two year old was next door. That baby cried and stomped all damn night. The housekeeper never came to clean my room so I went to them and got fresh towels but they didn't have enough. Last but not least it was a bear on the side of the hotel 😂"

"Got an extra charge on my card called about and waiting to see if it gets back on my card that messed up my whole view on the place but environment wise it’s okay"

"please DO NOT STAY there,!!there was no ice,microwave,phone,coffee pot,the towels had holes and the bed sheets were stained....the check in was as bad as the room..very rude. the toilet leaked every time you flushed it, and they only put towels on the floor. the staff knew about it and put us in the room. NO REFUND!"

"Rooms in mint conditions, very nice staff. Super good continental buffet breakfast and plenty of parking by yourself. We stay in family for 6 nights. 40 mins from Destin Beach in car."

"If you are just looking for a comfortable bed to sleep and a decent breakfast in the morning. This is a good place. A bit outdated, but didn’t have any issues, stayed with my son and our dog it seemed like truckers use it more but I felt safe and I slept well which is all I wanted for that one night stay"

"We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

"The resort charged an additional fee to check in early (12:00). They also charged me an additional fee for my daughter. They only give you the number of towels to match your party. They also mentioned charging me for a towel due to makeup residue. I feel they definitely try to add any additional charge possible to your stay once you arrive."
