Khách sạn Homberg

"Germany is very eco-oriented. If you decline a daily cleaning you can put a small bag on the knob and they will skip your room but put in a little gift of some sort. If you are renting a car, parking is a little problematic as it is in many hotels and cities in Europe. The hotel underground parking spaces are very small. If you have a larger vehicle it is almost impossible to navigate the space. We did end up with a scratch on the rental vehicle. We will rent smaller cars going forward....

"Didnt appreciate the spiral staircase to 1st floor bedroom and no lift available. Otherwise happy to recommend to other travellers"

"Sauberes, grosses Zimmer, gutes festes Bett. Glutenfreies Brötchen und Müsli war vorhanden. Sehr freundliches und immer ansprechbar Personal."

"They treat you like a king."

"This is a very nice hotel for a stayover. It’s 10- 15 minutes from the freeway, and the room is very modern and new. Beds are very hard, even for us who like hard, they are hard. But we slept well. Breakfast was nothing special but it did its job. The man at the reception was sweet to greet us at 21.45. Though our room for three was only made up for two. No water and no glasses in the room. But apart from that you get a lot for your money here. We would definitely come back!"

"We were given a key card for our room and found it never cleaned up after the last occupants. I smelled of smoke the bed was not made and dirty towels in the bathroom. I had to go to the receptionist 3 times to get a clean room and the a key card that gave us entry into the building. Very disappointed, but we were very tired from a long day of driving."

"This hotel is in a few buildings up this old street. We had to leave our building to get back to the brain building for breakfast. We were given a key that unlocked our room but also the front and back doors of our building. We were up on 3. No elevating a narrow stair. But we enjoyed being just a block from the old part of town and were there for their night light show"

"Such a wonderful and memorable stay. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even went out of their way to personally introduce themselves. Breakfast was phenomenal, with tables thoughtfully reserved for us. Their warmth and genuine hospitality meant so much. We will absolutely return!"

"Getting to my room was difficult with very steep stairs. Clean room with excellent lighting and an in-room washbasin. My age and infirmity was cause of my problems with stairs."
