"Very friendly staff"

"Been on the road for 3 weeks and this was the last night. I can safely say this was the worst by a long way. Corridors smell,!uncomfortable and cold room. Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!"

"This is a beautiful place. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of places to sit or walk the trails. Very clean. We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. The pool was nice and I had a good massage. "

"The room was fantastic, very high spec and nice and clean. The staff were exceptional- especially the gentleman in the restaurant who helped us with dinner. The food is outstanding in the restaurant too. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. "

"This hotel is fine for a quick stop, but the rooms feel dated, our king bed was in reality 2 beds that were put together and not particularly comfortable. The one redeeming aspect was the on-site restaurant that was excellent."
