"Staff! I just want to give a shout out to David at the front desk who went out of how way to solve a problem with my shower when I first arrived. He turned a potentially uncomfortable stay into a great one. Hotel is close to the University with good restaurants close by and a comfortably set up lobby for business travelers. Highly recommend a King suite room as the Queen singles are quite small. "
"I booked a room for my Mom, who does not travel or use computers. I called ahead to ensure her check in process would go smoothly and Dante (11/18 evening) was fantastic on the phone ensuring her check in and comfort details went smoothly. Then this morning, Jelisa (11/19 overnight) helped my Mom with directions and check-out to ensure her departure went smoothly as well. They both did an outstanding job ensuring my Mom's stay was great! Thank you for their excellent customer service! "
