"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

The floor was barely vacuumed, bed was hard as a rock, shower smelled like mildew every time we turned it on, outlets were loose or missing covers, they didn’t refresh our linens or take our trash away, and the TV kept cutting in and out. The location to the metro itself was convenient, but be warned that train whistles will start blowing early AM (one night the train came through at 350 AM). "first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb...

"Good location and spacious room...but those were the only positives. The room amenities were just not that great. A/C was terrible...with the temperature at 67 feeling like 73 degrees. The room was so hot and stuffy, I could not sleep during the night. Also, the water faucet and the shower heads were very weak...and the water temperature (at the bathroom faucet) barely got past warm. The TV system was really bad, and the remote was not user-friendly. Because of this. we barely watched...

"I liked the hotel—great location and friendly staff. However, I was disappointed by unexpected charges at checkout. I paid about $91 at check-in, which I was aware of based on my Expedia reservation. But the additional $145 charged at checkout was never disclosed during the booking process. Greater transparency about fees would have made for a much better experience."
