"This hotel was in a very convenient location near the Royal Palace and gardens. The room was large and comfortable and even had a small kitchen. There was no mirror in the bedroom. When I asked about this reception I was told I would need to upgrade to get a room with a mirror! The breakfast buffet was very good."

"The only issue & that seems to be the same in all Norwegian hotels, no barroom hooks or shower mats. Staff was friendly but was misinformed about the Viking Ship Museum being closed that everyone else knew about. Good meal & close to the train station from the airport."

"A very nice hotel close to the waterfront area and downtown Oslo. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Room was very nice. We had a junior suite. Still amd sparkling water dispensers are available on each floor. Dining options are plenty as they have 5 restaurants on site. Breakfast is pretty good as well. My only complaint t is that it was at times difficult to contact guest services."
