"Wanted to give a shout out to Lyric. We arrived from our cruise ship and were very early for check-in. I asked if an early check-in was possible. She was able to get us in right away which was nice since we had no place to go as our flight wasn't until the next morning. The afternoon clerk ( I think Pam?) was very friendly and helpful.
