Room was very clean and comfortable despite it not really being what l'd booked, a superior double which at check-in was not available (why not? surely if that's what l'd booked, many weeks ago it should have been available...) l was initially offered a superior room with two single beds and then was offered an accessible room. Room was very good, perhaps a little smaller than expected, especially so given the room is supposed to be accessibile. "

"The team at reception are helpful. However, I would not recommend this for a business stay. If you are in a connecting room, you can hear the guests next door speaking and using the bathroom. You can also hear traffic through the thin windows. Fine for a short 1-2 day stay. However, this is not a 4 star accomodation. Daily room service is just changing your bathroom bin."
