Great location close to beaches and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful in all areas as you navigate your Waikīkī experience. The pool experience was equipped with rooftop pool views and our favorite pool bartender Addy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️was an amazing she is a super five star hit!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would definitely recommend staying there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff members were very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel location is perfect. Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, about 7 to 10 minutes to the International Marketplace. The cleaning staff ensured tour room was kept immaculate and well-so supplied. The valet parking rates are a bit high but only $10 per day higher than the nearby parking garages. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient.

Friendly staff, walking distance to beach, convent for good and affordable food. ABC store is just across the street for every necessary needs, laundry area is very conveneint. Trolley tour just in front of the hotel, the amenities is great. Overall my stay is very pleasant.

The room was cleaned daily. The most significant issue is the No smoking policy. People were smoking in the bathroom and the vent carried it to other rooms. It was consistently reported, but nothing ever changed.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The cleaning service was excellent—our room was always kept very clean, fresh, and comfortable. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
