It is just the perfect place to stay on your Hawaii vacation, it has everything you need. A block from the beach, convenience stores, restaurants at walking distance… parking included (which will be very expensive if you are staying at a hotel). The place is very convenient, smooth check in/out process… and the staff is there to help with anything you will need

Room was not completely cleaned when we arrived. Check in staff only available until 4pm so make sure you arrive before that time, otherwise they’re available by email. Location is convenient, short walk to the beach but the cheap price is what you get.

The property was well-equipped and location was close to the heart of Waikīkī. Free parking was a huge bonus as it is normally $50 a day.

Very convenient location, walkable to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There were a few minor issues, but the managerment quickly that they took care of. Free parking is a plus. We would stay there again in the future if we had a chance.

The condo was very clean and tidy. We really appreciated the full kitchen and all the equipment - silverware, plates, pans, everything was available. The property was family friendly. Great location, walkable to most local places and the beach. A lovely place to rest.

Location was great, close to the beach and stores & food all within walking distances. Only problem i had was finding the place because it doesn't say sweetwater anywhere. I had to go into tower 1 to check in and sweetwater was in tower 2 . Kinda confusing at first but once we checked in everything was great .

Loved staying here every thing is close by walking distance. Melissa the lady that checked us in was simply amazing and great communication and accommodating. The room was nice and big and fully equipped with everything we needed. The doors a a little wanky but overall it was a great stay. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place for a Getaway with Littles

We’ve stayed at the property before but not with Sweetwater. It was a little difficult to find the “front desk” to check in (it’s an office on the 4th level not the hotel lobby). Once we found it, the ladies were so nice and even let us check in a couple of hours early since our room was ready so our toddler could nap!! Our room was in the level of the pool/hot tub and playground so we got to go right out of the lanai and walk over. It was the perfect place for us and our toddler!! We would stay again!

Our family had a truly great time staying in this apartment. Having use of a full kitchen and a laundry room at the end of the corridor made such difference. Melissa was super helpful and went above and beyond. Also don’t forget the free parking, we will be back and highly recommend to anyone .

Kuhio Beach heaven!

I loved my stay at this location. Tower #1 is for the condo timeshare rentals and Tower #2 is the Aston Baynon hotel. The location to Waikiki beach and shops is great! There is a 5-7 minute walk to the Kuhio beach and a ten minute walk to access the blocks of shops. There is a pool and two hot tubs on the 6th floor, a mini mart, and a coffee cafe in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was walkable everywhere. The manager Melissa was friendly and easy to communicate with. The unit was complete with rice cooker, Coffee maker, pots and pans. Parking was included so that saved us a lot of $. No resort fee coz it was a timeshare unit. I would stay here again!

Everything was great. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. They provided beach towels. The shower was a great temperature. The only area of improvement would be the king size bed. The mattress was old and uncomfortable on the main bed. The murphy bed mattress was very comfortable. Would definitely book again
