"It’s right next to play bar so you hear the bass til 4 am. No earplugs offered they say to just complain and they’ll turn down the music. Cmon. The room I was in had a Murphy bed. Comfy enough. Hot water was kinda wonky but it was hot out so it wasn’t too bad. 3 nights never had a maid in there. Staff was nice enough. The guy was much more helpful. Didn’t use the cooking amenities but fridge was cold. Ac is good if you close the bathroom door but otherwise the air gets sucked out so bad. Figured...

"This place is good. No major complaints. Our check-in was fine. Our room had clogging issues. Kept calling the housekeeping and other service numbers, but couldn't get hold of anyone. Went up to the front desk and they were able to log a ticket. They only came the next day. There were not enough towels and toilet rolls in the room, which we had to request for. This place is big, and we stayed in the Tapa tower. We went in July, so it was pretty packed. There was a wait for elevators every time....

"The location and breakfast amenities they offered was the main reason we chose this place and it did not disappoint. The food options were great and versatile enough to change it up in our own way each day. The shops were nearby and beach was walking distance. Although parking was offered we did find that we had to cut some of our days short in order to return and ensure we secured a spot as there were some days we had to find parking elsewhere. Overall I’d stay here again!"
