"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. We asked for a manager and of course no one was available and they said they would have someone talk to us before checkout but they did not. The next day while we were traveling...

"The room was alittle dirty, the floors were dirty. And the shower floor is blackened with dirt. The ceiling in the bathroom had some black spots on it I stayed in Room 311. And it would have been nice to have the Room card to put on the door so housekeeping...

"Interior of hotel smelt bad. Bed was firm. Was directed to change rooms and when I tried to do that the staff didn’t know why I was directed to change rooms. So I packed up all my belongings during my stay and made myself available to do a room change for nothing."

"The room was clean. Air conditioning wasn't the best but ok. THE STAFF was TERRIBLE. Talking on the phone(not business) and having me wait That happened twice. Was not informational at all. Overall sorry first impression...."

"We had a mouse in our room. Couldn’t call them from the phone in the room because it was completely dead although plugged in. Maintenance clogged the hole the mouse came in and put a glue trap down. No one offered us a new room or a discount on our stay."
