"The room was descent. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The bathtub had some kind of debris in it. THE guy at the front desk was not friendly but not mean. The hotel is old but okay for an over night stay. I would not stay more than one night."

"Great place for a quick visit. The tub was very loud in our room on the third flood. Every time you moved in the shower it creaked very loudly."

Our conditioner that was attached to the wall was broken and when we called the front desk, no one came to fix it. Also we asked for extra pillows and someone came with one pillow (and we had to put the pillowcase on)."

"Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!"

"Montgomery Alabama: This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn. I had never heard of them. I decided to give them a try. At check in the woman at the desk was cheerful and very helpful. She also told us they had snacks and drinks from 5:30-7:00 pm. Snacks were free and she have us a card for 2 free drinks. We arrive at 5:30 for snacks... "Booked this room for a member of our team. When he arrived he found blood on the bed linens of one bed and hair in the bed linens of the other. The staff offered another room but he decided to stay somewhere different. In their correspondence with me they stated that this person “was looking for a high end hotel” and I took exception to that bc no one expects blood and hair in their bed linens regardless of amenity expectations. I finally got my refund through Expedia."
