"The vacation experience was wonderful - good food, friendly staff and overall good service. The only two negatives for me would be the „Sports Bar“ - the day we went, the food was terrible, and the lights went out! We couldn‘t eat the food, it was like they took frozen food and dropped it in the air-fryer and served it. Don‘t recommend eating there. Otherwise, the other restaurants, Mo-Bay, Blue Lagoon & Poseidon had good food, variety of choices and we stuck with those. Had I stayed longer I would have tried the Mexican, Italian and Asian restaurants. There are 10 choices on the complex so you are bound to find something you can enjoy to eat. The rooms are clean, well-kept and spacious. The only other draw back is for our return back to airport we ended up with „Destination Services“ as the 3rd party transportation and the rep (either Hyacyinth/Samantha) she did not identify herself and she was rude and wasted 3 hours of my vacation trying to get a „confirmation date“ for our return when everyone on the grounds (Including Expedia) knew when we were scheduled to leave. This was a stressful time for me and my anxiety level increased which caused me distress as we had a flight out the next day. When attempting to contact them via phone/what‘s app they weren‘t responsive and told us they were in meetings (for 3 hours). Eventually after contacting Expedia, we were passed off to another 3rd Party Holiday Services transport which was a better experience. Don‘t use Destination!"

"I went on a solo vacation, I absolutely loved the resort. I had 2 complaints. 1. Being a big ass roach got in my room somehow. Which can happen with doors opening and closing, maid's cleaning, etc. They could have compensated me better but whatever. They did however ask if I wanted to change rooms if not they what exterminate which is what I chose. I digress. My favorite restaurant was Robert Flame, the Italian restaurant the others where ok. I will definitely revisit this resort. It's beautiful. Oh yeah the beach isn't crystal clear waters. I didn't spend any time in the beach for that reason . Great entertainment with lots to do!"

"Everyone was extremely helpful, and the resort was filled with activities everyday. You don’t have to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. They also allow you to reserve tables at their restaurants in the app. If by any chance you want to leave the resort for activities, you can sign up for excursions, snorkeling, scuba diving, and much more. I definitely had a great time!"

"Overall, we had a great time staying at iberostar. I'd definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Jamaica. Pros: 1. Amazing food!!! The food really exceeded our expectations. We tried different cuisines and we loved most of the things that we ate. There were a few items that we weren't a big fan of, but overall, I'd say it was a very positive experience. 2. Super friendly staff - we were just blown away by the staff that worked at the resort. They are so friendly, polite and very helpful and were very playful with my 17 month old daughter. 3. Rooms are clean and spacious. Cons: 1. Guests cannot visit past 6 pm! This rule caught me off guard. I had some local friends that visited me at 9 pm and they were refused entry. I had to step outside the resort and go to a local bar to meet my friends. 2. AC temp not going below 19.5°C. If you want the room to be colder, it's not going to be possible. I also noticed other sections of the resort that didn't have AC throughout the day. 3. After checking in, they would send you to the concierge. The concierge will give you some hotel credits in exchange for a timeshare presentation. You are not obligated to take that. Be polite but firm and tell them that you're not interested. Things to know: 1. They do not have plastic or paper straws(you will need to bring your own) 2. They do not let you pack your food to take it back to the room. Whatever u order at any restaurant will have to be eaten there."
