"Spectacular resort with beautiful pool, ocean, swim up bar, and delicious restaurant. The room was very nice. The staff was awesome! My only two complaints, (1) many sudden and short power outages, and beeping appliances when power returned. That will startle you if not pre-warned. That is common in Placencia. (2) the room safe was not bolted down and had a master key that worked in our friends room as well. So we didnt use the safe. Minor issues. The place was gorgeous and fun!"
