"The pools and outdoor space are impressive. Rooms were clean, but very old amenities. The hotel is in desperate need of an update (most things look like they were built in the 1980s) and they are very short of staff. Bell hop station couldn’t keep up with luggage, driving guests around in golf carts, etc. Also too few places to eat; only two actual restaurants. Over-priced for the age of the facility."

"If i had one word to describe it, i would use "junk". This is not a 3 star hitel by any stretch of imagination. It's way too old. The sinkwas not draining properly. The hot water would not keep a stable trmperatyre, goong from warm to very hot to almost cold. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. There used to be a restaurant downstairs. Even that relocated."

"The front desk staff was very nice, which made up for the 2 hour wait to check in. The room was comfortable and clean but not well maintained. The bathtub had paint peeling from the floor exposing rust, the faucet handle was loose and not easy to turn on, towels were very small and scratchy not soft at all. The handles for the sink were not secure to the countertop. The hot tub was nice and hot but the bubble jets did not work, there were used towels left everywhere around the pool. Then the free breakfast was very limited and the area unkept and not clean with very cheap paper plates that were not strong enough to hold a bagel. If I had not been completely exhausted after a 25 mile bicycle ride that day I would have just cancelled my reservation after the first hour of waiting for my room. "

"The morning front desk personnel were very rude to customers including myself when asking questions. Over a conversation with another guest and (Deon) he spoke so rude if I were the guest I would have checked out right then. All the other staff were great. Good restaurant good pool good shuttle. "

"I checked in via the automated check in device at the front door. I had completed the precheck in so I didn't expect to have to go through the process again, that was surprising. We were also given an ADA room which also surprised me. "

"The floor was in bad shape. The bathroom door didn't even close. The shower had stains. The sink didn't drain. No toilet paper other than what was on the roll which was only a half of a roll, so we had to get more toilet paper. No Kleenex so you had to use your limited toilet paper. No closet just a metal rack to hang your clothes. It was a non-smoking room but people stand outside their room and smoke so the air conditioner sucks it into your room. The picture on Expedia gives you false belief that it has a rooftop patio. It is on the street and on the corner of busy and busier. "
