"Hotel is very convenient for the North Terminal, literally 2 minutes walk away. The room was clean and comfortable.Also 5 minutes walking distance from the mid stay car park, which saves messing around with buses. Would use again."

"The central forced-air heating had been turned off throughout the hotel after a recent heat wave. When we checked in it was 13°C outside and the room heat would not turn on. The Duty manager was unable to turn it on after five phone call attempts, requiring 20 mins wait each, allthis lasted until past 2AM, and waked-up by this manager calling to see if it was working yet. It was not, it was blowing colder air in to our room. He tried to move us to another room and same issue there, after 30mins...

"We only stayed one night while waiting for our flight and the room was clean and comfortable. It was very tiny so I wouldnt want to stay for a long time but it was in a great location and very suitable for the night. It was very modern and the front desk staff were very helpful."

"The reception staff weren't overly friendly. Also I booked a table at the restaurant months ago for 5pm (I have a little one who normally eats at 4.30pm) to be told the restaurant doesn't even open until 5.30pm and they didn't have my booking. But we did get a table at 5.30. The food was poor, as was the service. The actual hotel room was fine. I thought the bathroom was grubby but it was actually just ring marks and staining in the bathroom. The pillows were way too soft and pushed down flat...

"Room, beds, towels, kettle, linens were all great. Might want to clean the bathroom fan, was very plugged with dust. Backyard needed some mowing and trimming, but we did find a patio set to sit and have morning coffee. Very close to the airport! Lovely neighborhood!"

"Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. "

"Oh my Goodness where do I start! Jon, Nick, Laura and the lovely woman who cooked my breakfast were all so helpful and accommodating! Its such a beautiful Bed & Breakfast, with a quiet and relaxing back patio to enjoy with your free beverages, and a lounge area too. My room was so comfortable.
