"The place would've been alot better if the fire alarm system would've worked properly. We spent the whole night with the alarm light blinking in our room and they couldn't get it fixed. Trying to sleep with a bright light blinking and not getting any answers to when it will be fixed and not compensating for the inconvenience or allowing to cancel and allowing to find another hotel due to the time was 7 pm and we had already been checked in for our stay and then having to stay due to already being charged and they say it was beyond their control. I call bullcrap."

"Unfortunately they had a water main break nearby, so there was no running water when we got there. It did get fixed by the morning but no coffee, no juice, no oatmeal or waffles. They did give out bottles of water. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. It smelled musty in the hotel. We think they cleaned the carpets and floors and that was why. The staff was friendly."

"The first room we stayed in on the first night was not as clean as I had wished it would be. However, the desk staff was very nice and helpful anytime we went in. We decided to stay a second night and was in a room on the first floor that was poolside. We enjoyed that room, it was much cleaner. We felt very safe there, it was very close to restaraunts"

"The staff was fine the pool was fairly clean the rooms were fairly clean the air conditioners needed to be clean leaving a musty smell breakfast could have been extended to say 10 or 11 instead of 9 overall I do believe that it would be a 5 out of 10 stay they definitely could use a little upgrade other than that everything was okay"

"I was suprized when I checked in shortly before three P.M. to hear that you must ask for a ground level room when making your reservation. I specifically arrived early to secure our two rooms on the lower level. At least 95 % of the rooms were unoccupied at my check in time. For anyone needing a lower level room you shoud request this prior to arriving."
