I didn’t know there were 2 types of property. By using Expedia, we were put into the lower class of property & it was cold, outside entrance, & couldn’t change the temp. Bedding was very comfortable.

Staff was very nice. First room we were given (deluxe queen) was not up to standards. Toilet didn't work, shower was tiny, heater was a plu in oil apace heater. Room was not anything like pictures. Called the office, they moved us to a studio I think. It was alot nicer but needed a good deep cleaning. ...
