"The hot water wasn't working and when we called reception they repeatedly didn't answer. Reception was very slow. There was no microwave in the room although mentioned in the information page. Clean room, clean property and nice gardens. Some noises at night."

"Due to heavy bookings for UTA event we stayed in a twin room the first night booked direct with motel it was OK for 2 adults 1 teen but we found the second night much better, same sort of facilities but just extra space (this Expedia booking). Rooms were right next to each other but we had to check out 10am check back in at 2pm. The owner was encouraging us to stay in the smaller room but not willing to reduce the cost to cover price difference (approx $60) so we went with our original...

"The room and facilities were good though the bathroom has a window grill open to outside so was freezing cold at night, to cold to stay in for a shower etc. We ate at the restaurant, the steak was amazing, perfectly cooked but and they didn't deliver to the table any of the sides we had ordered so we had steaks, no potatos, no veggies, and some how we were charged $29 for what we are pretty sure was a $17 glass of wine. "Good value for money. Whilst close to the Great Western Highway and train line didn’t really notice it. Walkable distance into Blackheath shops. Very comfortable bed. You won’t speak to any staff at all, self service and checkout through lock box.There is some basic self service breakfast if you want to eat in with cereal, juice and bread. "Spacious apartment and you cannot beat the location for access to Leura’s mall, the station, the highway and the Elysian Bar & Restaurant across the road. A tip from us, do not believe Expedia’s message that reception is only open Monday to Friday. In fact it’s open both days of the weekend which made check in (at the top of the driveway) very easy."
