Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. "A really nice hotel for a special occasion, the staff were both friendly and helpful, while food was lovely. We stayed in the Boutique Suite, which was wonderful. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was because the jacuzzi bath had an issue with the plug, which meant we were not able to enjoy this as much as we would have liked due to the bath losing water. This was reported to reception. While the food was lovely, we were bombarded by flies in the restaurant, which was a bit annoying when you're trying to enjoy a nice meal. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and will happily return again in the near the future."
