"It was a good stay"

"Honestly felt like they put more work into there garden than the rooms, the walls were filthy, the room was hot even with ac and the beds where like sleeping on concrete.Not worth the $80, save yourself and just book the more expensive hotels near by. Also the breakfast isn’t breakfast it’s nasty ass coffee and that’s it. The only plus was that the staff was nice but again it’s not worth it"

"The breakfast offerings and coffee were nearly depleted by the time I got to the lobby around 8 AM. The Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 AM so it was disappointing to say the least. The room was clean. I thought it interesting that the sole ice machine was in a locked room accessible via room card. Didn't realize that petty ice thievery was rampant in Hot Springs."

"Maid service unlocked our door to come in when we were sleeping. It was NOT check out day. I had to sit up and tell the lady that we were in the room. Dirty diapers and trash at pool. Same trash throughout our 3 days there. Staff not knowledgeable. Pillows are flat. Mold on trim beside tub. Faucet broken but still functional. Could see daylight with door closed due to an apparent break in at our room. Smells moldy/musty/old. Definitely needs major upgrades. Floors not bad but need refilled in...
