Room was clean and comfortable. The property was well kept. There was a surprising amount of privacy and the setting was very serene. Breakfast was top notch. Shout out to April who can put together some seriously delicious food. Very romantic atmosphere and worth the trip. Would definitely recommend and I will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay for our 25th anniversary. The Oak room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast for both days was amazing. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Hot Springs.

We absolutely loved staying here!! The property, the rooms and the area are all amazing!! And the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the chef came out and talked to us and was so attentive! Very highly recommend staying here!!!

Wonderfully maintained old world charming lodge (1920). Very private and quiet. Wonderful chef prepared multi course breakfast. Surrounded by beautiful grounds, shrubs, flowers, trees, and a fountain and waterfall out our window! Family owned and so friendly. Complementary snacks, drinks, coffee - very relaxing adults only place to stay!

Loved this B&B!! Our room was fantastic- comfy bed and loved the gas fireplace. Breakfast was delicious, and loved that there was a “pantry” for a midnight snack and/or a bottle of water. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was very quiet. The breakfast was amazing and something we looked forward to each day. The front lawn was beautiful and included a water fall. The front porch was very nice to sit on after a long day or first thing in the morning.

April cooked and served excellent gourmet breakfasts for us with a smile and friendly attitude! The house is a well-maintained mansion. The soda, snacks, and candy provided by the entrance made our stay even more enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay. Even though there is highway of busy traffic, it somehow was still peaceful and calm. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Incredibly clean. Breakfast was great and accommodating. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the evenings.
