"Exceptional all around except for the roof top restaurant filling up with non-hotel guest. We had never stayed here & while we were waiting on our room the front desk lady suggested we walk around and familiarize ourselves with the whole place. We were celebrating our daughter's 12th birthday and when she saw the roof top restaurant that was all she requested to do to celebrate; no bowling, no arcade, no amusement, just eat dinner under the stars. Unfortunately they were reserved out weeks in advance. Other hotel restaurants we have been to always reserve some tables for hotel quests only. I highly suggest this place follow that plan. She was heartbroken and even though she got to pick out her steak at Texas Roadhouse (and chose the biggest one) she still talks about wishing she could have eaten at the roof top restaurant and Im leaving this review 3 months later. That's a long time for a 12 year old to feel heartbroken over a missed opportunity."

"Location is perfect for walking into town. The hotel is fairly new so everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful at checkin and through out our stay. The rooftop bar ( not part of the hotel) has great views and a great place for an early evening cocktail. Not sure about the restaurant since we didn’t eat there. As far as we knew there is no breakfast service in the hotel, which is not really a problem because there are several places a short walk away. The rooms are small but efficient. We only stayed on night, which was fine. Cloths hanging space is very limited and could be an issue is you are staying for multiple nights. There are no cloths draws in the room either."

"We just needed a place to sleep for one night and this was good for that. The lobby area was nice and fun mountain themed, appeared clean. The service checking in was easy and pleasant. Walking to our room, the further we got from the main hotel the faster it went downhill. Just old and musty appearing. The room was clean, but very basic, carpet appeared old, etc.. the hallways to the rooms were depressing, etc.."
