"We stayied two nights at this hotel The room on the first nigth was 25 C The 2rd night it was 28.5 C So you could not sleep They have a good night garantie Asked at front desk They said to contact the guest relations Contacted them just to find out that first i did not book with them dirrect And that the room temp do not fall under the good night because this hotel does not have airco So what is the point of having a good night garantie "

"When we arrived the outside looked like it needed a little bit of TLC but once we got inside could not fault it. We are four married ladies that just wanted a weekend away to chill, unwind with a bit of retail therapy thrown in. This hotel was perfect for that. We stayed in a spacious room with 4 single beds. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. And to top it off we were a 5-10 cab ride away from Ashford designer outlet. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be...

"Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5."

"This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, we turned up after a long days working to the drunk owner arm wrestling in the hotel, smoking inside amd flicking it in a stella glass. It was honestly like a scene out of the league of gentleman. We wemt straight to bed, to be knoked up at midnight by the steaming owner. "Very nice staff, delicious breakfast. Had trouble finding plates, cups and glasses at breakfast but that’s because we were a bit late and they had a Christmas party of 130 going on! Bedroom was very nice but the mattress was too much hard for us. Good value overall."

"Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

"Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault.
