"The stay was very nice. The hotel is not well versed in English so you may have a little communication issue if you do not know Chinese. There was one Manager, Richard, he was great. He was fluent in English and was always helpful and happy to help and translate. We spoke with him for almost anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is worth the extra money to get. It was the best breakfast I have had in Southeast Asia. Great food! The hotel is a little further from the sites...
"Easy walking to everything. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. The breakfast was ok but not great. The area around the hotel is very dirty and confusing and car access is difficult. Not really set up for western tourists currently. "
"Nice location, within walking distance to many attractions. Quiet lobby compared to the hotel side. But you get to share all the amenities. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had a 3- bedroom, 3 -bathroom suite. Very spacious and comfortable stay. We will book it again when visiting Xi’an next time."
