"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."

"Upon entering, the room smelt strongly of mould and damp. There was mould all over the bedroom window and the smell also came from the bathroom. The bathroom door latch didn't work, so the door didn't stay closed. The bathroom extractor fan is caked with dust, the bath looks like it hadn't been cleaned, the panel looks incomplete and the grouting is mouldy in the shower. "Bar closed early, place was clean and staff were helpful/friendly. No face cloths. "

"The room was clean and decor in good. It was air-conditioned but stopped during the night, there was a window but it was locked shut so not a great nights sleep. If these hotels want to save on electric please let us open a window. We wouldn't stay in the summer months due to this reason alone. Convenient for parking, shopping and eating and good value for money."
