Gorgeous hotel. Rooms not made up. 3 night stay. Towels not replaced. Asked front desk for service. Never got it. Breakfast had very small containers for food. 2 days most offerings were empty. Cords from Christmas tree not taped down in food eating area and patron almost fell. Staff was absent more than not at front desk. Sad ..it's a great location. Ample parking. Good beds and linnens

The room was good and cool but outside of the room was muggy and unpleasant the elevator was hot and muggy and took forever to go from one floor to the next and there is only 3 floors. Staff was kind and helpful

Front desk services was amazing ! I was just disappointed that the pool and hot tub was OUT OF SERVICE for the whole 8 days we was there, if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t book and I’m pretty sure guests have children. For breakfast there was NO BACON!
